How to initiate a return

Contact us at support@novadeals.com.co with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

Defective Product

If your product is defective upon receipt, we will send you a replacement free of charge, no return necessary.
